Ulcerative Colitis (UC) is a life-long condition that seriously affects the quality of life for thousands who suffer from this painful condition.

We are currently looking for volunteers to participate in a 10-week clinical research study to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of an experimental product compared to mesalamine enema in patients who have mild to moderate left-sided ulcerative colitis.

You may be qualified to take part in this study if you:

  • Are over the age of 18
  • Have a documented history of idiopathic UC based on endoscopic and/or histologic findings
  • Are willing to take part in the study
  • Are willing to complete daily Diary cards and attend all scheduled clinical visits
  • Satisfy all of the eligibility requirements

All study drugs and study-related examinations and procedures will be provided at no cost.
Qualified participants may be eligible to receive reimbursement for time and travel.
